How much does it cost?
The
only money you pay is what you put in the machine for product. We
don’t charge you anything.
When can I have a machine placed?
It takes
about 10-15 business days to place equipment once ordered. Just
make sure your current vendor has been given enough notice
to vacate.
How often will you service the machines?
We
visit your machines as often as necessary to keep them full. If
products are sold out, we do not make money and the user becomes
frustrated. We will come often enough so that you should
not need to call us for service.
Can we choose our products?
Yes and no. We will initially stock products that have
historically sold well for our other clients. If you
have special requests we will meet them so long as the product
is available and it continues to sell without staling.
What are your prices?
Prices will vary on the
products. However, our
prices are in line with convenience stores, the place most
people would be buying these products anyway.
How do you handle refunds?
Whatever works best
for you. In most cases, our clients
keep track of refunds and the route driver will give you the
cash on his visits.
What kind of machines do you use?
We lease
our drink equipment from the local bottlers. This
ensures the most current technology and graphics, and assures
that parts are available for the equipment. The snack
machines we use are also modern and professional looking.
What about vandalism?
We assume all risk for
any vandalism. We have been
in high-risk areas for over seven years and have developed advanced
security systems that deter most thieves. Most damage
can be repaired on the spot in very little time.
How easy can we reach you?
Call us and find
out. We make it a point to always answer
calls. If we are on another line or cannot answer
immediately, you will find that we will respond to your call
promptly by either the owner or your particular route driver.
How quickly do you repair the machines?
Any machine with a problem means lost revenue. This means
that we will repair equipment as quickly as possible if parts
are available. Most problems with machines are simply
related to stuck coins or bills. We normally take care
of this the same day.
Do you profit share?
Yes, but with stipulations. Please
ask if this needs to be a consideration.
Who are your clients?
We have decided to keep
the names of our clients confidential on the website. You can, however, view the map to see where
our clients are at, or ask for references. Our current
clients are composed of apartments, car washes, offices, salons,
retail stores, auto repair shops, warehouses, and community centers. As
you can see, we’re very diverse.
What is the minimum number of people for you to provide service?
There
are many factors we consider when deciding where to place equipment. The number of employees is a factor, but by
no means the only one. Please call and speak with us
and we will ask you a few questions to see if we are a good
match for you.
What is a vending management company?
There
are some companies that find vending locations and then sub-contract
another company (normally a bottler like Coke or Pepsi) to
service the account. We service our
own accounts so that we can provide a higher level of service
to you.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! Our Commercial General Liability has a $2M aggregate
limit and a $1M personal injury limit. We also carry Business
Auto Liability coverage. |
